About Ajman BankConcierge Portal

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the Ajman Bank Concierge Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These services are provided exclusively to eligible Ajman Bank customers.

2. Scope of Services The portal provides booking facilitation for:

• Airport Transfers and Meet & Greet services.
• Golf reservations.
• Other premium lifestyle amenities as updated from time to time.

3. Eligibility & Registration Users must be active Ajman Bank cardholders or account holders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any bookings made through your account are deemed to be made by you.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Lead Time: Bookings for airport transfers must typically be made [e.g., 48 hours] in advance.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than [e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled service may result in a forfeiture of the service quota or a cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: If a customer is not present at the designated pickup time/location, the service will be marked as "rendered."

5. Service Limitations

• Services are subject to availability and geographic limits within the UAE.
• The Concierge Program is a lifestyle benefit and is not a guaranteed right; Ajman Bank reserves the right to modify or withdraw services at any time.

6. Liability While we strive for excellence, the Concierge Portal acts as a facilitator. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, flight changes, or third-party service provider failures. Users are encouraged to allow ample time for airport transfers.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

Airport Meet and Greet Services:

• Complementary Airport Transfers for up to 2 times per year
• To enjoy the complimentary benefits, a minimum total monthly spend of AED 7,000 is required
• Usage will be calculated as per the calendar year
• Airport meet and greet services need to be booked at least 7 days in advance to receive the desired slots.
• The terms and conditions of each Airport meet and greet service provider will be applicable for all services.
• The airport meet & greet staff will be stationed at their respective spots at the airports in the Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah to welcome customers once they land and guide them through the immigration and baggage collection.
• Upon booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer with all details prior to the service.

Airport Transfers:

• Complementary Airport Transfers for up to 2 times per year
• To enjoy the complimentary benefits, a minimum total monthly spend of AED 7,000 is required
• Usage will be calculated as per the calendar year
• Airport Transfers will be provided within the city limits of the Emirates in UAE.
• Waiting period for Chauffeur: For Airport Pickup: 60 minutes from the requested time of service at the Airport.
• A no show will be counted as a service utilized.
• Any flight delay should be communicated to the Concierge Desk 6 hours prior to the service request time on the form. If such delays are not communicated 6 hours prior to the stipulated.
• Service time then the service will be considered as a no show and the service will be considered as utilized.
• These terms & conditions are binding on the customer as soon as they request for the service without any further signatures/agreements.
• Derby will not be liable for any fines/violations due to customer negligence or any other unforeseen circumstances.
• Passengers are responsible for belongings left behind in the vehicle, including but not limited to sunglasses, mobile phones, CDs, tapes, laptop, jewelry or cash etc. Any disputes arising out of loss due to personal negligence will not be entertained.
• While Derby endeavors and promises to provide the best possible service to the customer, there may be times when the customer experiences unavoidable service delays. These usually occur due to heavy demand for services during unusual conditions, religious days especially during the Holy Month of Ramadan, EID, festival seasons, shopping festival, New Year ’s Eve, traffic jams, etc. and extreme weather conditions such as rain, fog or due to any unforeseen circumstances.
• Transfers would be done only from the airport to the pick-up point and no enroute pick-ups or drop offs will be permitted.
• There are restrictions on the number of passengers and bags allowed in the vehicle hence additional passengers requiring an additional car will be considered as additional instance having been utilized.
• Upon booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer with all details prior to the service.

Golf Booking Services:

• Complementary Golf for up to 2 times per month
• To enjoy the complimentary benefits, a minimum total monthly spend of AED 7,000 is required
• The cost per game at Al Hamra Golf Club, Ras Al Khaimah is AED 620 + VAT and subject to change at the discretion of the club.
• Valid resident ID required at check-in. Please note a Golf Development Fee of AED 10.50 per player applies to non-EGF members, and is payable at check-in.
